Crafting the Perfect Summer Camp for Kids
Tuesday, June 12, 2018
As soon as summer rears its warm and shiny head, it’s time to start thinking about which camp to enroll your children into over the school holidays.
While some of your kids may be sportier than others, there are plenty of children who would rather enjoy gentle creative activities than running around all day.
Craft School’s Summer Camp is the perfect place. From lessons in clay sculpting and messy days creating slime, children of all ages will love getting their hands dirty.
Craft School’s camp will also include activities such as weaving, embroidery, art journaling, cross-stitch and making felt animals, wind chimes and marble runs. There are also lessons in making dream catchers and postcard art as well as making a fun junk book.
Craft School’s Summer Camp will run each week from June 18 until August 31. Full days cost $200 per week and run from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. A week of half days cost $100 and run from either 10:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
So what are you waiting for? With discounts available for siblings or multiple week sign-ups, there couldn’t be a better time to introduce the world of art to your children.
